The waterfall is magnificent, the water was so fresh you can actually drink it, my little doggy was made up drinking the fresh water.

“A Hidden Gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 13, 2013

I had seen this attraction on Trip Advisor and so Glad I did as it is not well advertised or sign posted. if you are short on time park in the top car park its reached by a single track road with plenty of places to pass other cars. There is a path that leads from the car park upto the waterfall however there are some obsticals in the way, stones and rocks some streams of water to get over so good footwear is essential some bits are flat and others uphill but if I can make up there then everyone has a good shot and if you are lucky enough you will get to see some deer too.
It is so worth it once up there, we wished we had longer as we would have had a picnic.
The weather can be very changeable.

“One of the best walks in Scotland”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2013

Personally prefer walks in scenic Glen Nevis over the climb up Ben Nevis. Wear proper footwear and clothing, and this is doable my most people. Make sure to have proper rain gear, it may be sunny one moment and raining the next. As trails in Scotland goes this really isn't too boggy or steep, but the rocks can be slippery. When you reach the meadow where the falls is located there is a wire bridge, which you can cross to get closer. It was quite windy the day I was there and I did not feel comfortable crossing, although many others were just fine, mostly just a personal dislike. You can keep going down the valley for a little longer hike. I recommend making a stop at the Glen Nevis Visitors centre for up to date information and toilets before heading up to the parking lot at the end of the road for the start of this walk.
