“Stunning location and fantastic restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2013

No words can describe this place and its location. Brilliant service nice young man very good at his job. Lovely food, finished our long day off around the Highlands perfectly. Keep up the good work we will be back thank you.
One word to the moaners, if you don't like get a life and go somewhere else and pay far more as this place is value for money.
The reviewer further down the page from Liverpool moaning about the free bread on the table should get something serious in their lives to worry about and to say soulless what do they want for the price to be serenaded and have their backsides wiped for them . What a sad world.
Theirs people fort wars in the past so we could be free and not moan at the slightest little thing they find a slight inconvenience .
Glen Restaurant ignore these sad people and keep doing what you are doing its perfect thank you.

“Convenient when you're on the campsite but a little pricey.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2013

Firstly, if you're tired after a long hike, this is a very convenient place when you're staying at the nearby Glen Nevis campsite (which is superb) and it beats having to drive somewhere else. Nice surroundings, good choice of beers and a decent menu. The first night we ate here, the food was good but portions were small. The next night, two of us ordered a steak and, for 23 quid, it wasn't good value and wasn't large by any means. The cynic in me thinks they have a captive audience and perhaps take advantage of that. Nevertheless, the staff were lovely and, if you just need to eat and drink at the end of a long trek. pay the money and get the grub.

We have 2 meals in here whilst we stayed at the nearby glen nevis camp site, both were excellent, good value and nice people.

“good food but soulless”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2013

we stopped here after passing it on the way to a walk. we ate in the bar and found it to have good food but soulless. the bar has not back ground music and the only sound was the tinny music and tv sounds that it seemed 90% of the customers were using due to free wifi.
the food was good and they could have got five stars if they allowed you to open a tab. its annoying if your are ordering food drinks etc. and have to pay every time rather than running up a bill
