Angus & Margaret made us proud of our Scottish heritage. Situated easy walking distance via foot-bridge over River Ness to city centre.. Beautiful weather 24C made it possible to stroll in shorts in evening.
Angus & Margaret helpful at all times especially in suggestions of places to visit. Angus also went out of way to attempt to locate ancestors.
Spotless, great breakfasts . Off street parking.

Room Tip: Had front room with no problem from traffic

Great B&B, our twin room was very nice, clean, spacious and with a good en-suite bathroom. Friendly and very helpful service, good breakfast, ideally located for short walk to town centre. We were just starting on the Great Glen Way and our packed lunch was also very good, and thoughtfully put together.

An easy 10 minute walk from the train station .A very warm welcome . The room was very clean , good shower , comfortable bed and a well stocked hospitality tray .Nice wee touches like paper hankies , cotton wool balls and a hair dryer .Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and plenty tea and toast cooked by Angus .Margaret was very helpful in suggesting things to do .There is a good bus sevice for getting about .The shops are plentiful and there are lovely walks along the canal . (for people who go on google earth for directions the white building on the corner that is a haddows wine shop is now a health /beauty shop). We will be back here in the future for sure .Cant fault this b&b in any way .

Our stay at Glendourne was very pleasant. Margaret and Angus were very welcoming hosts, breakfast was great and Angus was very helpful reversing our hire car out of the tight driveway!! The B&B is very well located, walking distance into the centre of Inverness. The twin room was comfortable, and the private bathroom was just next door, which was great. It was nice having a separate bathroom as there was a little bit more room compared with some of the ensuites we had throughout our trip. Well recommended!!

The B&B is within walking distance from the town centre, supermarkets, the railway station and the bus station. As soon as you arrive, you will feel welcome. Margaret is ever so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, comfortable and with lots of small (extra) details to make you feel at home. Breakfast was really good, there was enough to choose from but I definitely recommend the porridge with fresh fruit. Information folders, maps etc are available, but Margaret will offer you tips whenever you like. If it wasn’t for her, we would have missed lots of special trips and places that you won’t find in the tourist guide books. This B&B is definitely something special and the owner will go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay. We absolutely loved it and want to come back asap!

The B&B was well located in walking distance from the town centre. Margaret was a great hostess and provided us with information on sights and activities. The twin room that my mom and I shared was a good size and very comfortable with very comfy beds and nice amenities provided. There was also parking provided. Great hearty scottish breakfast!
