We stayed here for one night only on July 24th & loved it.
Michelle & Brian the owners are friendly & very hospitable.
Our room (Room 1 with a massive kingsize bed) was spotless & the bathroom was immaculately clean.
Plenty of extras; bottled water, a fridge, fresh milk & complimentary toiletries, as well as DVDs, books & newspapers to borrow. There was also an information pack in the room with a wealth of local things to do, restaurants etc.
The location is excellent, just 10 minutes walk into town, & you can always stop at The Castle pub for a drink on the way (& way back)!
After an excellent night's sleep we had a wonderful breakfast in the cosy dining room. Loads of choice & all well presented.
Would highly recommend this place & will definitely return in the future.

We would love to stay with Michelle again on our next trip to Scotland. We both love Inverness and the location was perfect for walking to the pubs, shopping, and just perusing the old area of Inverness. Rooms were modern, and the internet access was key for my small business owner husband. When I mistakenly reserved one bed instead of two for my inlaws, Michelle brought in a mattress for my father in law to sleep on. She went above and beyond to guarantee our next reservation had two beds for them, pointed out directions to different sights and was very hospitable. We loved the rooms, the breakfast and our stay at Lynver. We'd love to come back!

This was our second stay at Lynver. We first stayed there in 2005 and we were so highly impressed so I had no hesitation in booking for our latest trip.
The rooms are very modern, very well decorated and very clean. The bathrooms are superb with a very good shower.
The hosts are very friendly and chatty.
Off road parking and only a short walk down into the town.
I would highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed here for only one night but wish we could have been there longer. The place is immaculate; everything looks new, very nicely decorated (contemporary). MANY extras: free wireless internet (we paid $30 a day at most places), DVD player in each room with a selection to borrow from for free, even free water bottles in your in-room refrigerator. Michelle (owner) went above and beyond by stowing our luggage both before and after check in and she even did 2 loads of laundry for us. Breakfast was better than most and was included. The location is good, a short walk from center of town, very close to the Harlequin (great food). All of this and it was the cheapest place we stayed at during our whole trip. I definitely highly recommend this place.
