A very clean and well equipped bedroom although not over large.
The room was warm and the heating was controllable, a big asset in Inverness in March! Furnishing and linen in my room of high quality and the shower worked.
The owners are lovely people anxious to help in any way they can. A Scottish breakfast of epic proportions served with a constant supply of hot coffee completes what can only be described as a tremendous value for money location.

My wife and I were delighted with Atholdene House. The owners are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and substantial, and our room was clean and ensuite. Next time we visit Inverness, there's no doubt that we'll want to stay at Atholdene again.

We stayed at several B&Bs in Scotland (see my other reviews) and none went out of their way to be helpful as much as Fred and Penelope did.

Stayed two nights for 50 pounds each. A basic, clean and friendly bed n breakfast. Great breakfast.

Overall we were very happy with the two nights that we stayed here. It is located within easy walking distance of downtown Inverness, and the off street parking that they have in back is very nice to have as well. The rooms are simple but comfortable. We are not normally bed and breakfast people, but this was a great place to stay and the breakfast each morning was tasty and well prepared. We would definetly stay here again on a return trip to Inverness.
