Stayed here for 2 nights while on a pre-booked tour. The place is huge, I do not know how many guest rooms they have, but the place is also a residence for the family who runs it. We stayed on the second floor. Nice thick carpeting in halls and in rooms, so we did not hear any other rooms making noise.
The only downside- We did repeatedly bash our knees on the bedframe, because there was not a lot of space to get into the bed from the side. But the bed was nice and huge.
The bathroom was very big and airy. nice tea supplies in room. Quick, easy walk into town. grocery store nearby. Inverness is packed with B&B's, it seemed like every other house was a B&B. Breakfast was nice, standard Scottish full breakfast. Selection of fruits and yogurt, but not much in the way of sweets- but there were some pre-packaged sweet rolls on the buffet. Overall, this is a pretty nice place, I recommend it.
