Went to Johnny Foxes in Inverness for a meal on St Patricks Night 2013.
Our table booked for 8pm.
The food was good (salmon dish)... but the music was very non-irish.
They were playing Frank Sitnatra and other crooner songs.
When asked when the Irish music would start, we were told the band were starting at 10.30pm.
Decided that was too late to start the night at that time.... lots of groups of Loud Men shouting and playing some sort of game, very non-Irish night of all time. And I have travelled all around Ireland.... even been to Johnnie Foxes near Dublin, who are brilliant (but Inverness - forget it).
