5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2010

Brilliant. We loved our stay here, and would really recommend it to anyone visiting Inverness. We booked a week for a couple and a couple with our grandson. The owners made us extremely welcome and it seemed that there was almost nothing they would not do if it added to the trip.
It was possible to walk over the lovely Greig Street Bridge into the centre of town in about 5 to 10 minutes.
The showers were powered and effective.
The rooms were clean, and the tea and biscuits were above the usual expected in a B&B.
The breakfast were always great, with lots of choice for each of us, including the 8 year old.
All in all, we felt that they wanted us to enjoy our time with them in their home.
We would definitely go back if we ever manage to get to Inverness again.

Simple, lovely and welcoming. This place is run by a humble family which really does a good job to keep the place warm and clean. Also the food is fresh, very good and abundant. They also leave tasty biscuits for the coffee and a free bottle of water everyday. Also place is very central and ideal to discover most of the highlands places. An A+ accommodation!

The Guest House is in a quiet part of Inverness and still in walking distance of the city. The welcome was warm and I received a lot of helpful information about the city from the landlord. The room was nice, comfortable, spotless and with tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was great. I highly recommend this B+B to others.

Me and my friend stayed at Armadale Guest House for 2 nights. The B&B is ideally located just a block away from the city centre. At the end of the street you'll find the river and a footbridge across it which gives you easy access to the citycentre.
The room was clean and all necessary amenities were available. A full scottish breakfast was served and the owner was very helpful in giving us advise on how to plan trips and excursions.
We were able to park our motorcycle in front of the B&B on the road which was very handy.

We went to Inverness for a few days to use it as a base for touring. The Guest house is very conveniently located to walk into the town centre - only 5 mins brisk walk away. The hosts were very helpful and did their best to ensure a good break for us.They even arranged suitable safe parking for my motorcycle.
The room was clean and comfortable and ideal for our short stay. If I return to the area again I would certainly look up this guest house again.

Gracious hosts, spotless en suite accommodation, delicious breakfast, ideal location, excellent value. The guest house is on a very quiet street just a short walk via footbridge across the river to the town center. Our room was light, airy, and tastefully decorated. The beds were quite comfortable and each morning we awoke to the titillating aroma of breakfast being prepared. Naim and his family were the perfect hosts, very service oriented and accommodating in every way. We could not have been more pleased with this guest house and highly recommend it.

We indeed enjoyed our stay there, we had all the amenities like TV, kettle etc in our room...Our baby had the same ease to watch his early morning cartoons while we were still in bed ...we had the peace of mind that it was all very clean and tidy...not a lot of furniture in the rooms so plenty of space and great storage facilities in the cupboard and drawer sets...it was indeed very comfortable
