“The Murderous Omelette”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2013

Don't let a loose translation of the name of this tapas bar put you off! It was excellent! And good value for money. The tapas were delicious, the wine--an excellent Organic Malbec from Mendoza, Argentina extremely good. Four tapas, a plate of home made soup and plenty of good bread, an
Irish whisky and the wine all came to £47 for two. Steep for Spain, perhaps, but a bargain in Britain and particularly when compared to London prices. The service was efficient and friendly.

“Great value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2013 via mobile

Had an early evening meal here and with a bottle of wine you got 4 tapas free before 7pm . with excellent food and wine and the bill coming to less than £14 per head it seems like exceptional value.

“Amazing tapas and sangria!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2013

OK, so we probably should have sampled local cuisine on our first evening in Scotland but this place looked too good to pass up. A two-minute walk if you're staying on any of the hotels or hostels on this road and about 5mins from city centre. The hosts are very friendly and the service was great. The rose sangria was delicious (attested by the two jugs we got) and the tapas is just mouth-watering. We ordered the chorizo, hummous, chicken al mojo, prawns along with bread etc. and each and every plate was good.

Highly recommend!

“Fit the bill for an early supper”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 7, 2013

We chanced upon this place walking around town. The tapas was fresh and very well presented. Service was good and recommendations panned out well. Very pleasant early evening.

“Yum Tapas”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2013

Great lunch here today, 2 Tapas for £5.
Fab cava and wine, there sangria is excellent too I had this on another trip here.
The pudding was good too, donut sticks and melted choc which was hot plenty for 2 people.

Good service and chilled out vibe in the place.
Cant wait to go back again soon.
