Lovely hotel, nice clean room. Bed was comfy. 24 hour bar. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends also.

The Manager is good - great welcome once, quite room, we eventually found a parking space (£15). Bar staff were cheeky - ok if you are 21, not Ok if you are pushing 50. Breakfasts are the average for a chain hotel (£15 each), biggest downside are the beds. Mattresses are awful, I woke up 3, 4 5 times in agony. Bathrooms are showing their age and tired. Verdict - OK for a cheap stag weekend or Hen Night - for anything else spend the extra cash (£45) and get somewhere with a decent mattress.

The welcome we received was 2nd to none. Great friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help you. Fab atmosphere, stunning reception, rooms clean, trendy and quiet. Loved it and will return soon. Food was great too!!

The receptionists were helpful and the hotel was clean and comfy. The WiFi snuck in a £9.99 charge with very little warning which was a bit of a shock in the morning. The wet room style bathroom was cool but the floor flooded and didn't drain well so had to spend a bit of time swiping the water towards the drain to have any hope of a dry floor in the morning. The location was great, right in the centre of everything for restaurants and night life. Overall a decent hotel for a night but I wouldn't want to stay more than two and it was pricey for what it was in my opinion.

My second stay in a Penta Hotel showed that things don't get better. There it was also the fact that the room service didn't know what do. During the second evening standard beverages were in short supply. And it was simply cold in the common rooms.

Huge room. Obviously mobility room as hugest bathroom have ever seen with all the features for wheelchair user which did detract from the bathroom....eg no bath, dingy shower curtain but lovely sink unit and toiletries!!

Hotel funky and modern on entry with receptionist the bar! Quite dark in lighting so may not suit older traveller! Staff pleasant. Slightly pricey. 2 mins walk from train station so ideal location.

Location is in the main town centre of Inverness - 5 mins walk from the Loch Ness. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful. Hotel has a small fitness centre. No parking available onsite. Used the nearby Rose Road multi- storey car park. Breakfast not included. Be-careful of clicking the correct option for using the free WiFi. Overall decent, but quite costly for what is on offer.
