“What a find”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 16, 2013

Masala Twist featured on a street map in our hotel. What a find! Some of the best Indian food we've tasted, served in Tapas size portions which allows you to sample several dishes in one sitting - they were different and excellent - what a shame we live more 2 hours away or we'd be regulars!

“Explosive taste variation in the centre of town.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 7, 2013

My first visit will not be my last. The restaurant is at the top end of Hope Street - near to Cineworld and it is great to find a place that does TAPAS style for Indian food. I had two dishes and three of us shared rice and naan/roti to go with it.

A great hot lamb dish was excellent and the coconut based prawn dish was great as well. The prawns were juicy and not overcooked (as often happens in curries). Three of us had poppadoms and relish to start, main meal and then dessert, all for under £20 each.

The only thing that might have been lacking was atmosphere as at about 5.30 it was quite empty but the staff were courteous and attentive and the chefs seemed friendly too.

Went in because of a lovely girl standing outside the door giving out discount vouchers, the food is absolutely delicious, the staff are very pleasent and attentive. No complaints. Definitely a must try! Will be back.

“***Definately worth a visit...***”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 20, 2013

Cocktails with Indian tapas, quirky? Absolutely...We booked through 5pm and got a starter, 2 tapas and 1 sundry each PLUS a cocktail of choice all for £13.95...!!! Yes, it was inexpensive, but the food's delicious and generously portioned. My only gripe, found the waiter and waitress a little too attentive, could possibly be due to our early booking...A fantastic find though...will be back.
