“Yummy food, 1 rude member of staff”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed November 13, 2012

We arrived in Glasgow off the Edinburgh train after the Scotland v All Blacks game. We needed a table for 3, and were put at a window seat for 2 and an extra chair was put at the table. Trouble was the extra chair was put directly in the way of anyone wanting to get to the toilets, the salad bar or to even get out the restaurant! We decided to move ourselves to 2 empty tables next to where we were seated and basically got told off by a staff member (who appeared to in charge), who rather irrately stated that she "needed to clean" the table which she grumpily done, & huffed and puffed about it !!!!! Another party comprising of a couple of adults and 2 or 3 kids came in shortly after us and were told by the same grumpy staff member that they couldn't all be seated together and that she had staff finishing for the day and no one to do their tables!!!! I think this group ended up sitting in different parts of the restaurant......NOT GOOD Pizza Hut! You should have anticipated you would be busy and ensured there were enough staff on to deal with the demand.

On the plus side, the pizzas were delicious and the girl who served us was lovely.

“Not the best Pizza Hut, but was still good!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2012

Personally I prefer the Pizza Hut restaurants in Perth and Paisley, but the Xscape Pizza Hut was pretty good! Was quite dirty, but our food came very quickly and it was worth waiting a little longer for a clean table. The pizza was fresh and well cooked, not burnt or undercooked like some dominos pizzas! The only comment again would be the dirtiness, some tables still had plates and the floor was quite sticky. It was quite noisy too; lots of children! Suppose they can't do anything about this.
I recommend for a party or family outing - not a couples thing or business do.
The salad bar was quite limited too - I recieved free salad, so I can't complain as it was free! Those who paid for it may feel let down as there isn't a lot there; croutons, freezing cold, tasteless pastas and odd flavoured dips.
Nevertheless, I'd visit again, and it hasn't let the Pizza Hut name down.

“Pizza Hut Xscapes Humerous Waiter”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2012

Been with my family including four adults to Pizza hut Xscape Glasgow. The range of food was ideal and with the free salad option that was fantastic we were all Stuffed. What i must congratulate Pizza Hut on is the staff. The young man Ryan who served us was fantastic. He was tall very presentable polite and may i add had a playful sense of humour. He within minutes latched on to different characteristics and manerisms of those round the table. He made sure the kids were happy and always there for refills and fresh glases keeping us entertained without it being too much. Just right. When the adults asked could we have ice cream he said yeah ok will it be a big spoon or wee spoon. The kids were in stitches as he played with the adults and we couldnt contain our grin. The kids are always saying can we look and see if he is working when we go past on other nights. He remembers us when we arrive, knows where we like to sit,all the stuff that makes the experience good and also memorable. Well done young man. Your manners and humour are fantastic!! Think his name was Ryan! 10/10
