My husband and I stay at this hotel about 6 times a year.
It is 5 minute walk from Central train station, its directly in the city centre, few minutes from main shopping streets and st enoch shopping centre. Ideal for concerts as its very near Secc, we usually get low level train or walk.

Hotel rooms are very spacious, clean and have everything you need. Breakfast is buffet and caters for everyones tastes. Staff are very friendly and will always help.

My husband and I spent two nights in this central Glasgow hotel. We were both very pleased with the modern, clean, and comfortable room and lobby areas. The room and especially bathroom was quite spacious for a city center hotel. We found the location to be very convenient. It's a short walk (5 min.) from the Central Station. The hotel is located on the same block as a couple shady looking bingo halls/video arcades and McDonalds, but it didn't feel unsafe. The rest of the neighborhood had a usual downtown/city center feel with a variety of sandwich shops, convenience stores, coffee houses, etc. We had no trouble making our way to Glasgow's sights - the cathedral was a bit of a walk, we took the subway (accessible at the St Enoch stop) to the museum campus. The posted rack-rate for the hotel was 160 GBP, but we paid about 70 GDP on travelocity. I would not hesitate to recommend the Jurys Inn for a stay in Glasgow, and I would certainly stay there again if I ever had the occasion.

Just got back from a stay in the Jurys Inn. I must say it was very good for the price (£68 not including breakfast). It was very clean and looking quite new. The staff were very nice and nothing was a problem (not that I gave them any). Glasgow Central station is only a 5 min walk away (I don't walk very fast,mainly waddle) as are the main shops. There are plenty of restraunts around and the public transport system seams to run fine. This is now my second stay in a Jurys Inn and I think that I might use them more often!

I am just back from a vacation and i had a 2 night stay at Juries in Glasgow. Had a awesome stay. The hotel was very busy but all staff were attentive to everyone. security on the door at night made us feel safe, and the night manager Phillip was fantastic, very friendly and nothing was too much for him.

Will and have recommended it to friends who will visit.
