“Excellent Staff and Hotel Location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed today NEW

-Very nice location, close to the city center, subway, and multiple bus lines.
-Very friendly staff, and very responsive as well.
-Clean rooms, with minimum noise.
-Didn't face any issues really in the 4-day stay, except the malfunction of the magnetic key, which occurred several times.

Just a 10 minute walk from the O2 Academy, we had a great stay at the Jury's inn. Central to all the shops, train and bus stations. We dropped out bags and off we went. The restaurant was closed for a private function but the bar served meals until 11 and drinks until 1.
Room was equipped with all the usual.. TV, kettle, iron, hairdryer. Impressive bathroom, small but fully functional.
The bed was so comfortable and as it was a twin room, I was surprised how big the bed was for a single.
Would definitely stay here again x

Room it self was good, but unfortunately something wrong with the bath sink, as it kept making noises after it was used for some time after. Not too happy about noises from the railway. Staff was great and very willing to assist, even helped with airport check-in which helped a lot.

Room Tip: Rooms not facing the railway.

Recently stayed here for the one night, the one positive this hotel offers is its great central location, room itself was comfortable, clean & warm. Be advised that it is located directly next to Central Station, so noise from trains is expected. Our interaction with the staff was minimal have no complaints about the service offered on arrival or departure everything was done politely & efficiently. Considering the price we paid, we were more than happy with our stay & would stay here again.

Pretty standard Jury Inn - I use them quite a bit. All was 'Jurys' except staff in reception, bar and restaurant were not very attentive and needed to be chased for basic service.

Will not stop me using Jury - like them

No food available in restraunt due to function but not told when checking in. Waited over 20 mins in bar to place food order only to be told they didn't have what I ordered. Breakfast or what was presented at 0700 was very poor with under cooked sausages, scrambled egg and hash browns the only cooked food presented
