“Helpful service but limoted food menu”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2013

First time in Glasgow for work and although not my choice for a place to stay (booked by my company) they have done a good job, the service is prompt at the reception desk (even though I attempted to check in at 10:15 they still accommodated me) The wifi seems expensive, the room is spacious and clean, and the hotel is within walking distance to shops, etc. I would definitely stay here again for business although for a city break with my wife I would look at alternatives.

Me and my partner booked this hotel online at a fantastic price. Hotel seems very new and modern. Staff great and can't do enough for you. We were given a room on the railway side and although there are some comments about noise we didn't hear a thing through the night. Will definitely be back to jury's inn and will be recommending to friends and family.

Staff very friendly and polite and couldn't be more helpful, rooms very modern and clean, average size, the only downside to the room was we were at the back of the hotel, with Glasgow central station running directly behind, however good soundproofing. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection on the buffet. Would definitely recommend this hotel and in prime position for shops/bars.

Room Tip: try and ask for a room on the front of the hotel

Stayed here for 2 nights in September.
Nice hotel, very clean, had a spacious room on top floor with two double beds and large bathroom (although view was facing euro hostel & couldn't see much else). Staff very friendly and helpful, nice food in both bar and restaurant.
Only bad point is they don't do room service, which I think lets them down as the Jurys is as good as other 3/4* hotels in Glasgow and it would make a huge difference, as I would have liked to ordered food and drinks to the room after travelling.
The location is excellent right in middle of city center, lots of food places, shops, bars, clubs, taxis and trains within a minute walking distance.
Overall would recommend to others and will definitely stay again.

Myself and husband stayed here for four nights and were more than pleased. Hotel is in a great location for shopping and restaurants. Our room was very spacious and clean and although it was on the second floor we did not find the noise in any way disturbing.
The buffet breakfast had a good selection and there was plenty of everything. The staff here are very pleasant and will go out of their way to help.
When we are in Glasgow again we would have no hesitation in staying here.

Room Tip: If you do not sleep well maybe a room away from the railway line would be good.

The hotel was clean throughout, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok typical buffet style English breakfast, lovely fruit salad and yoghurt with fresh berries. Rooms were basic but fine and clean.
Great location with all the shops just around the corner and handy for the bars and restaurants.
