“Well done”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

No issues whatsoever during a two-week stay. Spacious and convenient compared to a hotel for such a long visit. The kitchen was well-equipped.

Fraser Suites is located near a cornucopia of restaurants, bars, and night life. There were half a dozen places with live music within a five minute walk. About 7 -8 minutes walk from the subway and 15 minutes from the Queen Street rail station. The main shopping street begins right around the corner.

I'd recommend this place if you are staying in Glasgow for more than a night or two.

My family of 4 stayed here 3 nights during our visit to Scotland. Since I wanted to be together, we were fortunate enough to book the 2 bedroom unit. It is a corner unit with an entrance hall, bathroom, 2 bedroom, and great room that included a living room space and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, pot, pans, dishes, cutlery and supplies to wash dishes if needed. The location is excellent...right in restaurant row and walking distance to most attractions either going north, south, east or west.
We much appreciated the free WiFi, espresso machine in the lobby, exercise room and staff that served breakfast. In general, the staff was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and the real differentiator.
I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here next time I visit Glasgow.

Room Tip: Get a room high up. Restaurant row results in dumpster noise a things close down.

We stayed here early July and was excellent. Not far from the airport and very close to city centre; everything is walking distance; good cafes next door. The staff at the counter were very helpful in providing all information about the city, attractions and theatre performance and the movies. The room is very spacious and good lay out, including a kitchenette with stove, microwave and the suite was very neat and well maintained and well presented. If you are in town, this is the place to stay; we will come back here for sure.

We arrived at this hotel after two days of travelling from the west coast of the US (including two red-eye flights). Unfortunately we were not able to access our room until the regular 2 P.M. check-in (which made for some zombie-esque adventures in Glasgow) but once we did we were extremely impressed. The rooms are large and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and interesting decor. If we find ourselves back in Glasgow we will certainly look at booking here.

Having traveled extensively for 30+ years with fairly high expectations I found the Fraser Suites excellent for a family of three (2 bedroom suite). Great location for sightseeing/access/parking/restaurants. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Accommodations clean and well serviced by housekeeping. Would return without hesitation.

Room Tip: Request higher floor

Had a super stay at Fraser suites when we were in glasgow to see Robbie Williams. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Suites were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was adequate. Breakfast room was on the small size but we took our breakfast to our room which was ideal. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Room Tip: Don't have a room overlooking the front very noisy at night. Rooms get very warm so you need the...

When we stayed here several years ago it was okay but not outstanding. The main problem was that the bed wasn't very comfortable. I liked the mini-kitchen (we just used the fridge) and the overall layout was nice. Considering that we were jetlagged and my husband got sick, we spent too much time in that uncomfortable bed.
