We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and then for a further 1 night after a 3 night stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel nearby.
This hotel is flawless - the staff are SUPERB - from the check-in staff - George, Mark & Georgia all deserve a special mention here as they are just TOP-CLASS, to the housekeeping girls who do such a great job of cleaning the rooms to the girls in the Great Room where continental breakfast buffet is served. Breakfast is perfectly adequate with great selection of cereals, fruit juices and various rolls, pastries, croissants etc. All of the staff here are extremely pleasant, courteous and friendly and above all they are great at their jobs. The manager of this hotel deserves all praise and full credit for running such a tight, professional and friendly operation. We have stayed in 4* & 5* full service hotels which could learn a thing or two from this place!! As for convenience of location, you just can't ask for more - Sauchiehall Street and all that great retail therapy are minutes away as are the theatres, and many wonderful restaurants. Buchanan Street station is directly across the road. Rooms are spotlessly clean with all the amenties you need and due to the professionalism of the reception staff here, check-in and check-out are seamless & hassle-free.

Standard chain hotel. Modern fully-equipped rooms in nice location. Breakfast okay. Very clean. Helpful and efficient front desk. Good value for your money.

The location in excellent. You are close to theatres and shopping. Everything is within walking distance.

Our room was not ready for the guaranteed 2 p.m. check-in time. We finally checked in around 2:30.

The room was small, but clean and tidy. I would not want to stay there with children longer than a night or two though - the rooms are quite small.

Ask for a room in the back of the hotel away from the street. It was a bit noisy, but we slept well anyway.

Booked 2 twin rooms through Hotel Connexions for a weekend ( 2 nights) in Glasgow with my sister, my daughter and her friend for a girlie weekend - we went to see Kylie at the SECC.The hotel is very handy for shopping, buses and the station.The staff were all friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast was very good, food kept stocked up and tables cleaned promptly and the rooms, although small were clean, comfortable and very quiet.
Would definately use again for a cheap weekend away.
