“Great French Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2013

Our party of 6 went to this restaurant in Hope Street on 14 October. What a find! The food and service were exemplary. It wasn't a busy night for them but the welcome we received was like from old friends. There were choices on the menu of French classics and after ordering the chef brought us a taster of his pate while we waiting for our food. All our party thought the food was excellent and we only wished this restaurant was in our home town! If you like French food don't miss out on this Bistro.

“Highly Recommend”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2013

Having eaten at a number of Glasgow restaurants, this was amongst the best. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, the service was fantastic, friendly and helpful, and the food was exceptional and good value for money. There was four of us dining and we had a selection of starters and entrees followed by desserts, all of which were delicious. We would highly recommend a visit to this quality French bistro.

“C'est delicieux! Tres Bon!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2013 via mobile

Popped in yesterday evening after passing many times. Was seated very quickly as the restaurant had just opened for dinner. I chose escargot (snails) in garlic butter to start which was served with fresh french bread which was good then had the chicken breast wrapped in ham with fois gras for the main which was absoloutley first class! then the dark chocolate fondant with ice cream which was nice. Service was efficient and pleasant although I was looking forward to meeting the owner who was away decorating a newly opening shop I was told by the manager. Decor was very shique and really did feel like a bistro in Paris. Very nice job Richard.

“Never lets down!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2013

I have visited the bistro several times with friends since it opened and have never been able to fault the service or the food. I've tried several dishes on the menu, including the delicious boeuf bourguignon, goats' cheese starters, tartines and soup. You can tell the food is prepared with love and attention and the menu offers a real taste of France. The service cannot be faulted - upon entry you are greeted with a friendly smile and shown to a table and the waiting staff continue to attend to all of your needs throughout the meal. The restaurant itself has a crisp, modern feel, set right in the heart of Glasgow, so is perfect for anyone wanting to try out a great restaurant as a break from shopping, or touring the city. I've not been to try out the new menu yet, so next time I'm in Glasgow, it'll be top of my list for dinner!
