We stayed at the Radisson for one night on Hogmanay. The rooms were large, very clean and modern. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. My favourite thing was the breakfast, which can be brought to your room, for no extra charge, until 11am. Parking is available at the NCP, right next door. Take the ticket to the hotel, and you receive 24 hours parking for £5, rather than the usual £12. Look forward to staying there again.

We stayed for two nights with a baby and found the standard of rooms and friendliness of the staff to be excellent. A stylish, modern hotel with great facilities in a central location at a very reasonable price (for the UK). The hotel reccommends a qualified babysitting service (£20 for four hours) so you can take full advantage of the two restaurants and fabulous cocktail bar if you want to. No car park, but an NCP 200 yards away which costs £5 for 24 hours with an extra £2 for a valet to drop off and collect your car for you. My only criticism is that unless you know how this works it's not at all obvious - a doorman to advise and help with bags would be a good idea.

Love the hotel in every way! But I really wanted to say well done to the staff who are very attentive and friendly and I think it's great that management regulary check this board and act on any comments, it really reassures prospective/old guests. A very big well done. :-D

I loved this hotel. We stayed here for New Year last year and we thought it was fabulous. It feels really luxurious and special and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The location is perfect too - near the shops and river. The staff were great, especially the concierege helping us out with what to do.

Only complaint was that the gym and pool were shut over New Year. This wasn't the hotel's fault as the facilities belong to they gym next door, but we didn't find this out til we arrived.
