We stayed here on a weekend trip to Glasgow. The room was nice although a strange shape.

The Hotel staff were very friendly and efficient at all times of day and night.. The hotel Lobby and Bar is lovely.

We had breakfast in bed for no extra charge and it was amazing.

Car parking is a bit of a pain but you can pay for someone to valet park the car for you.

All in all, a lovely clean, Quiet hotel in a great location. for £125 a night, you get what you expect and we were not disappointed.

Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed a 2 night stay here. Good location a short walk from the centre of the action. The room was not the biggest but had excellent air con and double glazing. The bathroom was great with heated floor tiles and a heated mirror adding to the experience. Was able to have a decent lie-in in the morning as the housekeeping staff are very quiet. Did not try the breakfast due to staying in bed. Would recommend this hotel - they have a concessionary rate at the local NCP car park of £5 per 24 hours compared to the usual fee of £4.50 for
2 hours!

If you can get a good deal on the room rate, then this place is worth a visit. It lacks a car park (they have a special-ish deal with the local NCP), our rooms overlooked Glasgow Central Station which ain't that pretty, but any noise was blocked out by some very decent double-glazing. The upside is that the location is pretty useful for shopping/theatre/restaurants etc. We found the staff unusually helpful and friendly compared to some of the disappointing English standards we have seen in chain hotels, and the room and bathroom didn't disappoint. Huge bed and large flatscreen TV. Breakfast is a feast - we ate so much we felt sick. Fresh fruit, meats, bread, full cooked Scottish breakfast, yoghurts, muffins, the list was endless. They also managed to supply proper freshly squeezed orange juice. The only thing complaining was my wallet, but it was a special occasion.

Excellent hotel, clean, smart, central, everything you could ask for. Stayed for a conference and the facilities were excellent.
Would very much recommend.
