stayed here 27th & 28th March 2005, primarily because of its location to the royal concert hall, and shops. rooms were o.k.for size, good big bed,and i especially liked the jet shower. We had to evacuate the hotel at 2a.m. on the first night ,as the fire alarm went off, not the hotel's fault, some idiot smoking a cigar in a non smoking room. didn't think much of the bar area, while the service wasn't bad, there was absolutely no atmosphere, it felt like you were sitting in a lobby, which in fact you were.
we had dinner in the Oshi lounge on our first night which was o.k.but nothing out of the ordinary, the servers were very good though. the dinner was inclusive of our room rate, but they still tried to charge us for it again
on check out, but that was quickly resolved.
Couldn't try the other restaurant in the hotel, cos it was closed the two days we were there.
All in all an alright stay, nothing special, but certainly not a 4 star hotel!!
