On behalf of Langs I sincerely apologise the poor service experienced by this reviewer.

At Langs we aim to exceed expectations and are very dissapointed that this has not been the case.

We respond to every negative comment card, a practise we are assured by our guests is not a regular occurance in other establishments, in order to learn from feedback and improve service.

We hope that this former guest submitted a comment card in order to have allowed us the opportunity to offer an explanation and make amends.

We consider feedback invaluable, however if we do not recieve this at the time of the stay we are unable act upon it. Of the few complaints we have recieved we have been able to impress the customers with our approach to addressing problems. I would be surprised if this customer had allowed us this opportunity considering the tone of the review.

The main points from the review have been discussed to ensure we are educated, especially in the importance of addressing & resloving customer issues before they leave our hotel in order to prevent such a negative response to their stay.
