Had to stay here due ti travel problems. Clean, basic. The two lads on reception were a joy. Went extra mile with info etc.

on arrival the receptionest did not look up from playing cards on the pc, when i excused myself he looked around and lifted his chin in a 'yeah' manner, i explained who i was , he flicked about his pc, handed me a key and said 221, leaving me to find my way, awful (non) welcome. The room is as expected, but tired, copuld do with a refurb

This Travelodge will be ok if you are bald but if you have hair longer than a couple of inches you'd be better to stay elsewhere as I could probably pee faster than the shower! I was really disappointed as I stayed in the Travelodge Glasgow Airport in April and the shower there was fab (as well as the spotless and newly refurbished shower room) so I was expecting the same or similar in this one but it was not to be. I left yesterday feeling like I still had shampoo in my hair and that was after standing in the thing for the best part of half an hour. Not impressed! Get it sorted Travelodge!

This Travelodge is located just off the M8, along Paisley Road and sharing a car park with a Harry Ramsden restaurant and a car wash.

The hotel rooms contain the regular facilities of a bed, TV and a bathroom. Was in a family room, so also had a pull-out sofa in addition to the double bed.

I am in two minds about this hotel, as although the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself was looking very tired and the room itself needs an overhaul to get it back to a decent basic standard after a period of abuse and neglect.

The location of the hotel however is ideal for access straight back onto the M8.
