Having stayed on many occasions in Glasgow's fine city, and had some real hotel disasters we decided that as we were going to see Bruce Springsteen at Hampden Park we would try this place.
What a joy to receive good service clean room and good food, not only the great service you should expect but this place went the EXTRA MILE!

Happy staff, relaxed environment and a genuine care that we got to the venue hassel free and had directions for walking back to the hotel.
Our room was serviced every day on our three night stay.

We are already planning our return to this a most friendly well organised hotel.
well done and thankyou to all the staff.

We stayed at the Hotel for 1 night to go to the Eagles concert at Hampden Park. We had stayed in the Hilton (4 star) in Isle of Man 2 weeks ago, but this experience was light years ahead! Every detail was taken care of, from the "looking forward to your visit" text before we left home with an offer of directions, to the telephone call after we had left to tell us our son had left some things in his room, they were so attentive.
They are obviously used to catering to Concert-goers as they were keen to provide us with all of the info we needed to make sure our weekend was memorable. The Eagles music piped in Reception and the restaurant was a lovely touch, as were the minibuses laid on and the maps to get us back safely.
The breakfast was very nice, and noone batted an eyelid when my son dropped his tray in a busy breakfast area. The broken crockery and spilled milk was cleaned away with a smile and a reassuring word that all was well.
Every member of staff that we met were friendly, chatty and couldnt do enough for us. I wouldnt single out anyone for particular praise - the whole team deserves a big "Thank You" and a pat on the back.
Take note Hilton - you cant live off a name, and these guys could teach you a lot about Customer Service. Well done everyone!

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights last weekend to attend the Take That concert at Hampden Park. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left our experience at this hotel was fantastic.

As we arrived around 2pm for check-in we were greeted by Niaomi (who if she isn't an events manager then she definitely should be!) who checked us in quickly and easily confirming our room was ready for us. She told us the hotel was running a mini-bus to Hampden every half hour from about 4pm until about 7.30pm for the concert and it was only £3 per person. She then provided us with all the hotel info, details of the late chef facilities for after the concert and even a map for us to find our way back to the hotel afterwards!!

Our room was very big and clean and serviced everyday. The hotel is in a nice quiet spot too so was peaceful at night.

The shops of Argyle street etc. are only a 5 min walk away and it only took about 30 mins to walk back from Hampden but there are so many people walking back into town you didn't notice the time.

The pizza we had after the concert was fab and the grab and go brekkie was very good too!

I can't wait to go back and will definitely stay at this hotel for Hampden (or any other concert venues) or even just a shopping trip - thanks to everyone, especially Naiomi for the fantastic job you did helping make the experience all the better....playing Take That music in the bar was a great touch - WELL DONE!!

We decided to spend a few nights in Glasgow (having never visited before) on our way up to the highlands and having stayed at Premier Inns before, we decided to find one in Glasgow. This is, I believe, the only Premier Inn in Glasgow with its own free car park, which is something of a bonus in a city. Hotel was easy to get to, check in was efficient and room was as expected, fairly basic but spotlessly clean.
This hotel is only about a 10 minute walk into the city centre which is what we did each day.
Meals in the in house restaurant were of good quality - the Premier breakfast was very good and the meal choices in the evening were both tasty and good value.
All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Thank you so much for your kind words. You are correct we are one of the few city centre hotels in Glasgow with free car parking for our guests. I am truly pleased that you enjoyed your stay and I do hope we will see you as our guest again next time you are in Glasgow!
