Description: Situated on Mitchell St, Barolo Grill is two minutes walk from Central Station, Queen Street Station and the Buchanan St Underground Station. Ideal for a business lunch in one of our comfortable booths, celebrations and large parties, graduations and even just to take the weight off your feet while shopping with a well earned glass of Prosecco. The clue is in the name, as they say - and Barolo Grill is no exception. We pride ourselves on our top quality Scottish steaks, meats and seafood, cooked to perfection, and served with a contemporary Italian touch. Our extensive wine list offers the best in Italian varietals, and of course a superb selection of Barolo wines. We also specialise in superb focaccia and pizza, baked in our traditional Italian pizza oven and topped with fresh ingredients.

“New Nugget Found”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2013

Have been to various places near central Station for pre Champions League meal with my wife. Told off Barolo by a friend. Was not disappointed.
Fairly priced meals and you can get special two course menu. Very clean and staff attentive but not over bearing. Food was very tasty and perfectly cooked and although was fairly busy did not take too long and left us with time to spare to get to the stadium!!! always a plus

“A very good evening”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013

What a good offer! Two fillet steaks and a bottle of wine for £50. We also ordered starters and dessert and coffees. The final bill was £72 and worth every penny.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was good and we also enjoyed the music. I wish it was in my home town but we were on holidays!

“Good food, amazing main, great staff.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013 via mobile

Visited here on a Saturday night as part of a birthday party. Table was. Booked. For 5.30pm unfortunately we were running late and didn't order until 6.30. The staff were brilliant. They were told previously of my allergies and since we were in a set menu they allowed me. To choose. From the a la carte menu.

Starter was crumbled sausage in a wrap. I didn't enjoy it that much but that was my own fault. No fault of the food.

Main was a chicken dish with the most amazing marsala sauce ever.

Dessert was meringue and spiced strawberries and ice cream. Was really nice also.

Staff kept our drinks topped up and was really informative and helpful.

Have visited here before and the young girl with blonde hair (forgot your name sorry!!) was top class.

“Food was great, service ok”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2013

Went here for first time on sat night. Lovely decor etc, wasn't overly impressed with
service. Waited nearly 15mins between being seated and anyone asking if we wanted drinks, then another 10 before our food order was taken. We were seated in a table for 2 on the left hand side between entrance and main section of the restaurant and I felt it lacked atmosphere as it almost seemed like we were in a walkway.

That said, the food was amazing and I would visit again for that reason, we had the seafood sharing platter and then both had pasta dishes which were delicious. Reasonably priced too. Service improved as night went on

All in all, great food and maybe we were unlucky with the service!

“Good food and worth a visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 18, 2013

We were in two minds of where to wat on Friday night. Lots of choices but chose here and were not disappointed. Good food and drinks. Service as you would expect on a busy night but no undue delays. Very friendly staff and management. Would reccommend
