Stayed only one night at the Manor Park, but found it very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located in the Partick area and Angus will kindly direct you to restaurant and transportation options. There is a public bus within a short walk, but take note you need exact change.

Our room had a double bed, a twin bed and a couch and was very roomy. Included complimentary tea,coffee and cocoa and the typical amenities like hairdryer, but also had a pants press.

The bathroom was typical european style. American's take note: there are no washcloths so bring your own if this is important to you.

The hotel is located close to a highway but we did not notice too much road noise.

All in all a great stay and we would go back.

PS: The beds look lumpy in my photos, but that's just my poor bedmaking...=)

This was our first stay and we would definitely use this centrally located private hotel again. The proprietors give an excellent friendly and personal service and obviously work hard to earn and maintain a good reputation. Much of their business is repeat users. Good value for money. The rooms are large and comfortable, a wonderful full Scottish breakfast is served and the owners are very friendly and helpful. They kept are luggage for 8 days while we hiked the West Highland Way.

Just spent one night here,we particularly wanted a hotel in the West End,and this location met our needs perfectly.A taxi from
Glasgow Central cost just short of eight pounds. We were allocated a room on the Ground Floor.It was large and comfortable and contained a four poster bed and a sofa.However the en-suite was a let down,basically a cupboard under the stairs with a shower cubicle,toilet and very small sink.This was fine for one night,but could have been annoying for a longer stay.
The on-street parking for those travelling by car looked exceptionally easy for a big city.The Manor Park is in a very quiet street,but there is traffic noise from the nearby Expressway.
Breakfast was of a high standard,the full Scottish was served to order and therefore served hot.There is a good bus service into the centre if you are prepared to walk for five minutes to the bus stop.We would stay at the Manor Park again.The rates are reasonable and it is a good alternative to the City Centre.The only proviso is that we would ask for an upstairs room with a bathroom.
