We recently got a table here to celebrate my birthday and we were really impressed by the choice and standard of food served. The choice of starters is fantastic. They are labelled as dim sum, either fried or steamed and there was a great eclectic selection to choose from. We had the won ton in satay and the salt and pepper squid. Both were fantastic. The satay sauce is the best i've had in the UK and the squid had a really crisp batter was so soft to chew. The mains were also delicious. Again we shared, having a chicken in coconut and garlic sauce and red snapper in lovely tangy sauce. Both came with fried rice. We got talking to the owner of the restaurant who told us that he hoped to bring a fusion style to the restaurant and this was done with subtle touches to dishes such as the sweet and sour which had pomegranite added to it. The menu is not huge and don't eve bother thinking of going if you are wanting a bog-standard Chinese chicken curry as you wont get one. Staff are also very attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back! Book early as it does appear to be very busy at the moment.
