“Lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 9, 2013

We recently visited Prezzo for afternoon lunch and had a very enjoyable afternoon. We had the 2 course lunch special for 9.99, the food was very tasty and substantial. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and staff were friendly and helpful, we will be back.

“Good Italian chain restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2013

I love prezzo and do visit often with my daughter.

The surrounding are always lovely, with comfy chairs and clean spacious bathrooms.

Childrens menu is great value - my daughter adores their pizzas - and they do great value lunch deals aswell.

Perhaps not a pick for an evening visit, this is a great Saturday afternoon stop for lunch with family and friends.

“Staffing rota needs consideration”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2013

We visited this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon just after 3 o'clock. The restaurant was busy enough for this time of day but there was only one member of staff available to meet and greet customers, work the bar and serve drinks and food. The waitress did her best doing all the tasks and be as quick as possible but additional staff would have made the service better.

The menu showed a special for a 2 course lunch but we were told by the waitress that this was only for weekdays (?) so maybe there is something in the small print but I never saw it.

We ordered the olives, the garlic mozzarella bread and the ciabatta bread for starters, spaghetti bolognaise, pizza and arrabiata for mains and chocolate fudge cake for dessert. The starters were nice and so was the pizza. The spaghetti and arrabiata were bland and slightly tasteless. The chocolate fudge cake was nice but it would have been good to have the option of it being offered warm.

The décor of the restaurant is nice and welcoming and the staff available were nice and friendly. All in all an OK restaurant but nothing to get excited about.

“Feast for one please”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2013

Working in Glasgow and looking for a relaxed place to eat - you could do worse than Prezzo. I was on Business there last week (during the 'heatwave') and saw a spare table outside.

Brushetta was awesome, and the posh pizza really hit the spot.

Really enjoyed it/

“FOOD DELICIOUS. STAFF EXCELLENT”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2013

Had lunch here yesterday. Food was freshly made and well presented. Compliments to the staff. The girl who served us was from Slovakia and could not have been more attentive.
Will definately go back when next in Glasgow.
