This hotel is lovely Me and my husband stayed there on the 23 & 24 March had a fantastic weekend. The room was lovely, clean and very comfortable didnt want to go home as the bed was so big and comfortable. The food in the hotel was lovely as we had a meal there on the fri night and all the staff we spoke to were lovely really friendly which makes such a difference.
We will be booking this hotel from now on when we are in Glasgow and have recommended to all our friends.

We stayed in the Crowne Plaza for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is magnificent with modern decor and it is spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful and have to be commended on this. The rooms were an average size with ensuite facilities. We ate in the restaurant both nights (buffet style) and we were spoiled for choice - it is not badly priced either. The breakfast is equally as good. The train station is quite close by and there are always taxis lined up outside the hotel, where it costs approx £3.00 to travel to the main shopping areas/bars. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Well the Hotel itself looks beautiful and I could not complain about the rooms,or how clean it was,everything was spot on.

However some members of the management were extremely grumpy and downright rude.We enquired regarding a few things and we got a cold response from one member of management and the other member was extremely rude,so much so that it really shocked us.

My wife is disabled and the few requests that we tried to make were just ignored by the management who just did not help us in any way.

We are extremely dissapointed.

Stayed for my wife's birthday in January and as usual we were not disappointed. Management and staff are first class although on occasion housekeeping could be improved!!
Booked in again at the end of the month for 3 nights so that should speak volumes for the standard of hotel. Good location as well and only £3 or£4 for a taxi into town.
