This hotel is very central, surrounded by Italian centre with all of the very expensive shops, along the road from Argyll St and Buchanan St with even more shops. Just next to Royal Exchange Square with lots of lovely trendy restaurants and bars. Next to George Square so everything you could ask for really as very central for train stations if needed. Car park to the back of the building is not linked so would suggest dropping your bags, etc off at reception while 1 of you go to park. Also if using express check out be sure to ask for the access code as this changes daily. Reception and bar staff very friendly and local which helps if you want advice on where to go. We stayed on 3rd floor, our room backed onto someone's flat so not a great view, my sister's room was to the front so very noisy. Rooms are very small but ample for what was needed. Air con non-existent and windows not easy to open, unless a breeze is coming in it is unbelievably hot - take a fan! Shower that powerful that it flipped out of the holder and soaked the whole bathroom. Room had everything we needed really but was a little small and hot. We ate at the Corinthian next door which is the most amazing place to eat - go for drinks as the building is fab! We did not use the hotel restaurant but did eat breakfast which was normal for hotels. Hot buffet not made to order - again staff very helpful. The boys stayed up in the bar / lounge the 2nd night and provided entertainment for the rest of the guests, again staff were brilliant! Would stay again but at discounted prices, great for location but too pricey for facilities.

Great location - right at the heart of things - car parking location can be confusing but safe. Rooms tiny - no air conditioning or opening windows and no shaver sockets. Check-in /check out not the fastest - allow a good 15 minutes both ways. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel about a month before my arrival and got a great deal - £59 for one night on the hotel website.

Absolutley fantastic location - close to shops by day and the hub of merchant city bars and restaurants by night - could not be better located.

The hotel is fantastic - ever so clean, lovely bar in the reception with a wide range of drinks and snacks/meals. Reception staff were really pleasant and helpful (even at 3am!!) 24 hour bar.

There were two of us staying - in the room next to us was a stag party but we didnt hear them at all as the walls domt appear to be too thin. The beds were really comfy and consequently we had a great nights sleep.

I would most definitly recommend this hotel. I have actually tried booking again to stay in 2 weeks time however unfortunatly am not able to get as good a price so it would seem prices flucuate according to occupancy.

In a nut shell - an absolutley spot on hotel - no complaints whatsoever.

Stayed here for a weekend in April with my girlfriend. The person that checked us in was very friendly and told us the best places to go etc. We stayed on the 5th floor, the room was quite small but it was very clean, comfortable and modern. We had breakfast on both mornings, it was quite good! Found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent and would stay here again.
