if you can understand the man at reception to begin with you are lucky this place is dirty nothing works our room was discusting the sevice is non existing ruined our 2 day break what a dump a real con and should be taken to the trading standards for mis representation

Apart from the location this hotel is dreadful. I had a single room and it was more like a prison cell. There was no hot water, I went to the reception 4 times about it and nothing had been done so for 3 nights I had no hot water. The carpets had all worn away and the restaurant was disgusting. What a rip off!!

Having booked a two night stay at the Quality Hotel Glasgow, I was slightly concerned to read the other reviews. However, we were more than satisifed with all aspects of the hotel. Our room had two very large double beds and to our our surprise it was one of the newley refurbished rooms, it was clean when we arrived and cleaned to a high standard every day of our stay. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and staff were helpful and friendly. I thought this hotel was excellent value. The two male reception staff informed us on departure that work is underway on the final phase of renovation on the bedrooms and the exterior of the hotel, I will definately be back.

Another visit to Glasgow and this time stayed at the Quality Hotel Glasgow Central Station.
Stayed some time back and did enjoy my stay. I try different hotels when visiting the same city more than once. Decided to try Quality again and I have to say it keeps getting better and better.
Staff are friendly, service is good and the hotel keeps on refurbishing the bedrooms. It must be completely refurbished now.

Certainly value for money in the best location. It will be my number one choice from now on.
