Stayed for two nights while attending a conference held in the hotel. Can't say enough about the staff and how helpful and friendly they were throughout our stay. There was no table for our group at dinner on Saturday night but they set two tables very quickly and with no fuss. Great food, amazing breakfasts, very comfortable room. A very good hotel in a superb position just off Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow.

We stayed here for 3 nights, as a base to explore the city. In a great location for shopping and eating etc. The room was lovely, very comfortable beds, took me a while to work out how to open the window and when I did got a huge daddy long-legs to the face. View wasn't great, but it was clean, comfortable, everything you'd expect from a hotel. The staff were friendly and the pool and steam room were brilliant!! The only thing I would say, is that the pool is part of the health club so is not only used by hotel guests, meaning sometimes it can get a bit busy. Through the day though we usually had the place to ourselves. Lovely hotel.

Hotel is in a great location for shopping, eating and bars. Parking is also available which is a bonus! Facilities - sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool all enjoyed!
Staff very friendly and happy to help. Only criticise - room service slow, food was good though!

Stayed for one night with my boyfriend in October, had a brilliant time.

Room was a bargain, bed massive and nice decor. Only thing was the shower curtain in the bathroom wasn't the cleanest! Used the swimming pool and sauna etc, perfect! Bar was quiet but reasonable and staff were very attentive.

Lifts are a bit slow in coming, they seem to forget the order but using the stairs was not a problem!

Location spot on! Wouldn't hesitate to book up again!
