“Intimate little restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2013

First time visit to this little restaurant this week and won't be the last.
The restaurant is situated downstairs from The Buttery Restaurant in The Anderston area of Glasgow and is situated in a slightly quiet out of the way area which l wouldn't like to explore after dark.
It is on saying that worth the find.
It's a small comfy cosy type of place and a little quirky, but really is the kind of place you want visit time and time again it's so homely.
Service is excellent as was the food which has a nice Scottish flavour.
We had a pre theatre option (£15:00) each, choices range from salmon on beetroot mash, chicken stuffed with haggis and vegetarian lasagne for mains and l can recommend the cranachan for dessert, rounded off with coffee and a lovely piece of homemade tablet.

“Great Cosy Restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 8, 2013

Four of us ate here last night and it was our first time here. The restaurant is small and cosy and has a lovely atmosphere. The food was great and very reasonably priced as was the wine. The staff were lovely and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We actually got a complimentary bottle of wine as a thank you as we found the owners credit card outside in the car park. This is definitely a place I would return to and would highly recommend as we all enjoyed the food and service.
