They have good food and can sometimes be very busy and maybe a bit slow but it is a very clean place.

“No surprise - below average frozen pub food”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 4, 2013

Ate out for lunch one midweek day - quiet time plenty of staff yet took over 20mins to take my order - food was frozen type supermarket meals I would never buy or eat - pitty they can't cook from raw ingredients nice wholesome tasty food - the butterfly chicken was like findus meals and salad covered in some sort of horrible crispy topping and dressing - will not return

“Very, very good meal”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 24, 2013

First time at this restaurant, stopped off during tour of the area. They had just launched their new spring/summer menu and the server went to great lengths to explain it all and make recommendations. Food and drinks arrived quickly and was very impressed with the quality, taste and size of portions. Lots of little extras included, dips and sauces and 'bottomless chips' meaning free top ups if required. Prices were very good on their special day menu and they stock alcohol free beers for the drivers amongst us. The cleanliness and decor were first class and the kitchen is open plan so you can see the food prep areas are well maintained. Lots of free parking outside. I couldn't fault this visit and have eaten many worse meals in '5 star' restaurants. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone passing by the area.

“Good family meal”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 1, 2013

Nice way to finish off a long weekend. Family meal. Nice starters, good burger, mixed grill and ribs for mains. Big portions and tasted nice and fresh. Kids had huge sundaes for dessert. £70 including drinks and coffees. Good service. Only complaint is that it was rather cold. I recall this was an issue on previous occasions. Think the air con needs adjusting as it feels like a cold draught no matter where you're seated. Daughter had to keep her coat on. Otherwise very enjoyable
