“Brunch and more”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 5, 2014

A common favourite of mine for a leisurely Sunday brunch. Small, cozy establishment with brilliant service from Tony, and a lovely tasty menu with good quality ingredients. Only good things can be said!

“Best Choice for Sunday Breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 1, 2014

The Trans Europe Cafe, also known as the Trans-Continental Cafe, is a hole in the wall dinner that never disappoints. We like to go for Sunday breakfast, which includes eggs benedict. I loved the taste of the dish. My husband ordered bacon and eggs, and he said they were fantastic too. The cafe has recently underwent a makeover but the atmosphere is relaxed and the service is very good. Slightly higher prices are worth it in this cafe. We'll definitely be back.

“Lunch with my daughters”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 16, 2014

Discover the Trans Europe by accident and well definitely go back some evening. Reall friendly staff, good food and a slightly quirky atmosphere that really amazed the kids.

“What a find!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2014

We stumbled upon this cafe after being turned away from nearby Cafe Gandolfi (they stopped serving breakfasts 5min after we arrived)... Trans Europe was GREAT. Manager/owner was very accommodating and cheery and the food was fab.

“We WILL Return!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 9, 2014

Oh my!!! What an amazing brunch!!! We are not from Glasgow so I posted on facebook asking for recommendations for breakfast in Glasgow and a friend of mine recommended here and boy what a recommendation!!!

It's quirky decor, open kitchen, friendly staff, and the food OMG! I had scrambled eggs on bagels and beans yes simple but tasty it hit the spot big time.

It's laid back atmosphere you could probably just sit there all day and watchtower the world go by

Loved it!
