“GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY WITH PLEASANT STAFF”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013

Rooms were very clean spacious and tidy. Staff very helpful [even night receptionist] which is rare. As onlt required bed for night due to wedding nearby could not have chosen a better hotel. Use use Premier Inn again no hesitation. Thanks

I booked this hotel for four nights in October. I needed an inexpensive place to stay in the area and wasn't expecting much. To my surprise, the hotel was well maintained and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I was very happy and plan to stay there again on my next trip.

Business trip on a weekday night. Many expensive central belt hotels could learn a lot from the level of service we received on our arrival from the lady at the desk. Thank you.
Arrived late but in time for quick drink at next door Bar/restaurant. Place was ideally located for what we needed, quiet, clean and the rooms spacious and beds comfortable. Coupled with a room rate of £29 or so and really good service, what more would you want?
Next door for breakfast buffet. All we could eat for about £8 or so. Good choices and cooked sausages, bacon etc were all of a good quality as were the choices of cereal, yoghurt and bread.
A good mix of clientele and not a great deal to fault.

We use Falkirk North to stay when visiting our grandchildren, they live in Carron shore so this is a good location for us only a short drive to there house. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful . The restaurant staff made us very welcome at short notice , and the Brewers Fayre never let you down I would recommend this short stay to anyone .

We have stayed at the Falkirk North Premier Inn on several occasions now. We look forward to returning in the future, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the accommodation and food was great. Falkirk North is a great central location for visiting the Forth Valley.

We used Falkirk North for travelling to Stirling's Hogmanay Festival - situated in an ideal location, away from heavy traffic but close to major roads links. Reception staff were friendly and helpful - we dined in the on site pub/restaurant - which was typical Brewers Fayre - not the best food in the world but I stayed the night in a budget hotel so wasn't expecting Heston Blumenthal's restaurant next door! Room was clean, comfy bed and a good size. Couldn't have asked for more!

Ann on reception was very helpful and friendly, we travelled as a family for a nights stay in November this Premier is very clean and comfortable. it coincided with my sons 18th Birthday the restaurant staff were great reserving us a table for 11, decorated the table for me with the decorations I took and brought the cake out.All of our party agreed the food was nice mine and my husbands steaks were too well done as we like them rare and they were quickly swapped for us with no fuss and a free drink while we waited.Brakfast was one of the best I have had in a premier and all freshly cooked.Would recomend this premier.
