Been to Hanam's 3 times and loved it each time. Had both the Hot & cold Mushakal starters and they were both lovely. Also had the Kubba Halab which was equally as good. Naan bread is very light and different to the usual Indian Naan.
For mains we've had Chicken Biryani (quite different to the Indian version), Qozy Lamb & Chilli Gosht Kebab which were all delicious. The only slight disappointment was the Kebab refers to a fiery kick and whilst the chillies were noticeable I wouldn't refer to them as fiery, but everyone does have different views on the strength of chillies. We also had Shilah sauces each time and mainly stuck to the Qaysi as it is so good. I can't recall the other one we tried but reverted back to Qaysi as it wasn't so much to our taste.
For deserts we've tried Rosewater Sorbet, Mango Sorbet, Rose Ice Cream & Mahalbi and would recommend them all.
It should be noted that the food is about a blend of subtle flavours and not hot & spicy like a lot of Indian or Thai restaurants.
The restaurant operates a loyalty card which provides excellent value if you intend making more than one visit. With this in mind and the BYOB policy it is a quality yet good value restaurant.
