What a treat. Another small restaurant in Edinburgh, but high ceilings and modern decor made it feel spacious. We all felt this was the best Thai food we've ever had. We were treated to such great appetizers and entrees, and given lots of time to enjoy the meal. As each item was brought to the table, the wait staff explained what was on the plate. If you are concerned about too spicy food, just let them know and they will guide you. The apps were fantastic, shrimp and scallops were cooked to perfection and really fresh, I'm a very picky seafood eater. The soup was incredible, sooo interesting and flavorful. The spring rolls were good, but the others were so great, they got last place. The pad thai was so good, not just a huge pile of noodles. I was with two vegetarians, and they were thrilled with how flavorful their meals were, one was crying theirs was so hot, but they couldn't stop eating it! I had chicken, and couldn't stop eating that, either. Dessert: sorbets and Black Tower -- wow!! To get this out of the way, three of us had four appetizers, three entrees, two desserts and two teas for 88 GBP. No wine. That was a good price for two hours of one of the best dining experiences we've had. And, when we asked where to go for a cab, they offered to call one for us. The wait staff was very friendly.
