Stayed in a private twin room, which had bunk beds. The beds were very unstable so when I got up on the top bunk I swayed from side to side and my friend thought the bed was going to collapse onto her.
The room was very small indeed, but for £25 a night at the height of the fringe festival it was simply somewhere to sleep. The bathroom was shared and there was a decent shower, but we never used it because the towels we were given smelled terrible, very musty and stale.
Very noisy - whenever anyone so much as walked down the corridor outside our room, our door rattled.
Did not use the kettle and cups in the room as they were dirty and we never had time to use the kitchen so cannon comment.
We were able to come and go without any problems.
Not very close to the centre - a good walk from ameneties. Wouldn't stay there again.
