We went to South Pacific at The Edinburgh Playhouse to the Matinee performance and could not fault the show one bit.
We had a drink before the show and ordered drinks for the interval which were put exactly where we wished.
I had seen the film when I was much younger - a lot younger and went back and back again to seee it.
The show brought back fond memories!!
We had front row stalls - six from the front and had super views and it brought back memories from the past.
Ngana played by Marie-Fra Gbaya/Teoni Halliday and Jerome by Mathis Tchitchiama/Linden Tailfordl were excelent and the children as well.
In fact no member of the cast could be faulted.
In fact the time of 3 hours just flew by and I did have a record of the show (long gone) but was delighted to buy a CD which has now ben played.
I would recommend anyone in Edinburgh to see this show or wherever you are lucky to see it in your town on tour.
A lovely relaxing afternoon. Well worth the money!
