The expanse of the ancient pitch & put outside Elmview sets the scene; very relaxed with everyone enjoying the sunshine. Just like our hosts, Nici & Robin both relaxed & friendly. Their attention to detail made our stay just right. The city centre is a fifteen minute walk, however once you park your car in Elmview’s private parking area, just use the public buses it’s so easy! Next time we will book our evening restaurant meals a little earlier so we can work our way through the tempting breakfast menu. Superb! Alicja & Richard.

I would like to express my appreciation for the warm and friendly reception that six of us received at Elmview Bed and Breakfast earlier this month.
The accomodation was exceptional with no detail overlooked, as was the food, which was presented with style.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment to anyone requiring elegant accomodation, virtualy at the centre of Edinburgh.

Elmview was a fabulous place to start our honeymoon. Our hosts were friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcome in their home B&B. The meals are incomparable, the facilities excellent and I would recommend Elmview to any person looking for a warm, relaxing place to stay for their trip to Edinburgh....and you can't forget the golf links mere steps from their front door. Elmview was in a walking distance from the castle and was also calm and clean inside.

Even it was the first trip for us to Scotland and we were the first Japanese visitors at Elmview, Nici and Robin (owner of Elmview) contact us very friendly and warm.
Breakfast was taste very good and beautiful !
