“A highlight”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 28, 2013

One of the highlights of our holiday. Part of Edinburgh castle, which is not particularly cheap, but there is a lot to see and do.

“Given most families of Scotlands.......”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 28, 2013

have given lives of family members I really don't agree that must pay to get into this via Edinburgh castle........ atleast should be many free days per year - if you don't have a Historic Scotland pass I probly would not pay the price............

love museum where you can learn more about Scotland's history and where you can find lots of artifacts related with war; specially liked the exhibition about war-disable people.

“Moving”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2013

Really moving place. And was amazed to see the books with the names of all the Scots who had died serving their country, which everybody could just look through.

“Amazing artefacts”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2013

Really great museum inside the castle, although the history is not at all times chronological which caused some confusion! The costumes are magnificent and the exhibits are well worth a browse around if you are in the vicinity of the castle.
