Stayed for one night this past July with my wife, son, and nephew due to the fact that we had an early flight the next morning. The room was small, but clean and the boys enjoyed the pool. Bedding for the foldout couch was not in the room, and it took several calls before anyone responded. However, my dissatisfaction with this Hilton stems from the restaurant. My nephew had ordered a pasta dish. When he tried it, we could see by his expression something was wrong. I tasted one of the pasta pieces, and it actually tasted as though the cheese had gone bad or they had used grated soap instead! The waiter was apologetic and took the dish away. However, he soon returned with it and stated that the manager would not take it back as it had been eaten. Two pieces out of the entire bowl were eaten! Worse the restaurant manager would not even come to the table to discuss the issue. I wrote a letter to the Hilton Corp., and they said they would look into it. I received a basic letter from the hotel stating they would try better in the future. So I am still out the cost of this horrid meal. Not exactly "customer friendly".
