Very good hotel with excellent staff and a fantastic location - definitely recommended.

An excellent hotel, well located in Edinburgh city for access to business and tourism sites. The hotel room was modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Add to this the friendly, helpful staff and a very good restaurant and I can confidently say I will use this hotel again. Note: It does not offer smoking rooms which will appeal to many but was personally disappointing.

The hotel is well-located at Grassmere which is a short walk away from the castle and Royal Mile. The rooms are clean, modern and well-furnished. Parking is somewhat limited at their sister hotel just down the road, but we were very lucky to get the last parking slot when we were there!

We got a pretty good deal through expedia and the price was comparable to many of the less well-located B&Bs or hotels around Edinburgh. The only downside is that there are a lot of pubs and restaurants just across the street, so it gets pretty noisy at night. Still, if you're in Edinburgh enjoying the nightlife, that shouldn't be a problem!

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The Hotel is located in an excellent place, with a great view of the castle from the bedroom window. The rooms are first class, immaculately clean and well stocked with tea/coffee and bottled water. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from booking in until leaving. Car parking facilities were cheap and secure and once there you did not have to worry about your car. I would certainly book this Hotel again and would highly recommend it to anyone else. It really is in a fantastic location.
