The old buildings are very aesthetically pleasing, wonderful architecture! An amazing part of Edinburgh and one that cannot be missed!
The historic atmosphere and ambience and it is very interesting.
Standing in the Grassmarket and looking up to Edinburgh Castle is amazing. Have a drink in the White Hart Inn, the place is over 500 years old.
I like looking at old buildings, Edinburgh didn't disappoint, the Royal Mile was a good walk, although not sure that the Holyrood Parliament building fits in.
Loved the old town, it is really special and really beautiful! Must see! It is simply amazing, like trip back in history!
Its bit touristy but you can't visit Edinburgh without a visit here. enjoy the pipers and relive life in the dodgey alleyways
