“Dizzyingly fun!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2013

**SPOILER ALERT **
100's of steps and narrow passageways, If thisn is your think the scott monument is something worth climbing, if not it looks just as impressive on the ground! It costs just a small fee of around £3 to climb the steps to the top! Round and round you go! Fantastic views and a great location just a minute walk from shopping central.

“Nice views”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2013

We went up the Scott's Monument as it was just £3 to climb to the top of the Monument and would be worth it to see the views of Edinburgh and boy was that true as the views from the top where really good, although gave me a tadge of vertigo, but the views where worth it :D I didn't climb right to the top, but the middle section. The stairs where really windy and could make you dizzy if you walked up too fast.

“Beatifulll monument”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 1, 2013 via mobile

Such a beatiful gothic monument to see. Go at the sunset. Its a beatiful scene with the blue sky in the background. Too bad its winter and it was raining every now and then

“Nice to watch - but get up there!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2013

Obviously, the Scott Monument is a grand decoration in Edinburgh for it's beauty, but it also serves as a great way to see the rest of the city since you have the opportunity to pay a few pounds to climb the stairs all the way to the top, which is absolutely worth it! Though, be aware: it gets windy up there, so hang on to your hat !
