“A great way to visit the Schottish Highland!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 17, 2010

We really enjoyed our trip to the Highlands with Craig. The tour was very interesting and we learned a lot about the history of the area. We liked that the tour was specially catered to our interests, and that Craig was very accommodating about the places to visit. We really recommend this trip to anyone interested in getting a glimpse of the beautiful Scottish scenery.

Thanks for your review. It was great time to see the trees in full autumn colours. The tour of Linlithgow Palace was a interesting start to the day before heading toward the Loch Lomond and Trossachs Nationals Park. Even as the light was fading it was a stunning sight to see Stirling Castle and the William Wallace monument. Craig McCall Flynn.

“One of the best private tours we have ever had”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 27, 2010

Craig
We couldn't have enjoyed our tour in Scotland any more. You lived up to your great reputation in every regard. We were even convinced that you arranged the fabulous weather we had that day. Loch Lomond was beautiful.
The restaurant you suggested for lunch was perfect. It was just right. The van was as clean and comfortable as any limousine. We appreciated you coming in your traditional attire. It made us feel very special. I can't think of a thing I would change. You were punctual, courteous, informative. Highest marks. We can recommend you to any one traveling

Thanks for the review. A great day out in the mountains of Argyll, with my wee side trip to Hells Glen which gives you that stunning view over to Inveraray on Loch Fyne. It was good to get lunch in the 250 year old George Hotel and get the best seats in the place! And I hope you have forgiven me for not singing on the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond! “Craig has Scotland down to a "tee"”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2010

We spent our 25th anniversary in Edinburgh and wanted to have a special, personalized tour of the Kingdom of Fife and St. Andrews. Craig did not disappoint! He picked us up at The Scotsman and we began our day touring some of the most beautiful country in the world. Craig is extremely knowledgeable about the history of the countryside we were visiting. We toured a couple of small fishing villages (St. Monans is NOT to be missed) then made our way to St. Andrews. What a perfect day to walk the Old Course, visit the ruins of the Cathedral, and tour the university. Craig mixed humorous stories with historical facts. We felt like we had known Craig for years! His tour was one of the highlights of our trip and we'd highly recommend ANY of his tours!! We're looking forward to his Highlands tour on our next trip to Scotland. Bring a camera and a sense of adventure and be prepared for a day you won't soon forget!!

Some great pictures of Fife and St Andrews yo u took that day! Thanks for the review. I love showing off the less known places in Fife, such as St Monans and Elie before heading into St Andrews, which as you now know is so much more than just golf! Craig McCall Flynn

“THE BEST!!!!!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2010

I want to say that we SO VERY MUCH enjoyed our tours with Craig! He truly was the highlight of our entire cruise (around the British Isles) ...he was insightful, knowledgeable, able to figure out the kinds of sights we'd like to see. We have been on many private tours and had some excellent tour guides in our past cruises, but none come close to matching Craig! We had him as a tour guide out of Greenock (Glasgow) and Edinburgh...but now, we would not go anywhere in Scotland or Ireland without working thru him and havign him set up our itinerary and be our guide.
We absolutely will return to Scotland; and now that we know he also does Ireland as well (!), we will for sure call on him to arrange our travels in both Ireland and Scotland.
If ever anyone wants a reference - I can tell them that all 6 of us (3 couples): Craig set the bar very high for any other tour we may yet take in the future! Truly, no kidding, he is THE BEST!

Thanks for taking the time to write the review. Blessed with great weather in the port of Greenock for a change I love showing off my local area with the drive through Hells Glen a favorite location of mine. Lunch at Inveraray was great! In Edinburgh the pub we lunched at was my old local, the Sheeps Heid Inn - the oldest pub in Scotland (so they say!). Craig McCall Flynn

“The Best Way to See Scotland is With Craig!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2010

We are frequent cruisers and most often book private tour guides. Without a doubt, Craig is the best guide we have ever had - anywhere. We spent 2 days touring with him, from 2 ports; Greenock and South Queensferry. We were sorry we had not also booked him for our day at the port of Invergordon.

Craig is so very knowledgeable about Scotland and his love for his country is contagious. He speaks with his 'proper telephone voice' when with Americans so we did not have to strain to understand him. He was also willing to demonstrate his every day voice - to the delight of our group.

We have never had a tour guide more sensitive to our wants/needs. He listened very closely and caught on very quickly to the kind of touring that would fit us. We were a group of 8, ages 14 - 68 and we were very comfortable in his vehicle.

We visited castles that were amazing and uncrowded (Newark and Craigmillar). There was a stop at Inverary Castle, which was beautiful and looks like what you think a castle should look like. The 2 lunches we enjoyed with Craig were at locations chosen by him to be perfect for us and they were! He let us have a taste of his haggis on the first day & one of our number actually ordered it on day 2.

Sadly, our 2 days with Craig had to come to an end but we left feeling like we have a new friend. There is no better choice for a tour guide in Scotland!

Thanks for taking the time to review and love the wee picture I took of you at Rosslyn Castle. On each of the days I took you on tours of my favourite, uncrowed castles, Newark and Craigmillar Castle which I hope gave you the feel of a real castle away from the crowds! Craig McCall Flynn
