Great value hotel - excellent location near to Princes St and Railway station.
Breakfasts were first class.
We had a small problem with one of our party where the room smelt of smoke - the speed with which the problem was sorted (move to a new room) and the courtesy shown by the manager who dealt with the problem was excellent. He even remembered our friends the following morning - and took time to ensure the new room was satisfactory. All hotels have problems from time to time - it is how they deal with them that sets the good hotels apart !
