I stayed at the Royal Botanics B&B in the middle of July and it was absolutely fantastic. I was traveling alone and I felt completely at ease in Eleanor's cozy home. It's clean, secure and nicely decorated!

It's conveniently located near the city center (about 7mins by bus to the train station) and 5mins walk to the Royal Botanics Garden. I recommend a stroll in the garden especially on a sunny. It's a MUST!

Royal Botanics B&B is welcoming, relaxing and peaceful. It serves a healthy breakfast with a choice of organic foods. If I was to return to Edinburgh, I would most definitely stay at this B&B again.

Thank you Eleanor, and all the best!

A huge thank you to Elenor, owner of Botanics Bed and Breakfast. We had a simply blissful time in your beautiful house. The place was homely and inviting, cosy yet spacious and I slept better than I have in months! Your hospitality matched the charm of the cottage and we will most certainly be back next year if not before.

I recently got back from a weekend's break in Edinburgh where I stayed at the Botanics B&B. What a fabulous place! It is one of those truly special bed and breakfasts that you feel lucky to have heard about. In a peaceful location within 1 minute's walk of the beautiful botanical gardens, the Botanics has a warm, homely feel with elegant, stylish decor. A home from home, I felt completely relaxed, and slept like a log (bed very comfy). The host is very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about Edinburgh and gave great tips on where to go and what to see. With Edinburgh's city centre, Stockbridge and New Town all within easy walking distance, The Botanics B&B was just the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great weekend in a fantastic city. I wish there were more places like this! I look forward to going back some time soon.
