The cameron b&b is the best me any my husband have stayed in, it's a home from home b&b and wendy and her family are very helpful and make you feel very welcome. They have recently done there house up to a very high standard and the rooms and the beds are very comfortable and finished to a very lush standard. There is a very good choice for breakfast we both enjoyed it very much.

If you are thinking about going to edinburgh stop at The Cameron you will not be disappointed at all, we will be going back to edinburgh next year and stopping at the cameron, you will not be disappointed at all.

  • Liked — Friendly home from home B&B.
  • Disliked — Nothing.

The Cameron B and B is close into town on a short bus ride. There is a Mall nearby for a variety of needs. The Breakfast was always good and plentiful. Room are comfortable. Most of all Wendy and family were friendly, helpful and a delight.

Location very convenient for the Festiball Softball Tournament as well as a quick ride into town (Wendy kindly offered us a lift!!)

Rooms are nice and cosy, with good amenities, had everything we needed for a long weekend in the capital - beverages (including biccies and shortbread), iron and fresh towels daily

Brekkie was very well organised, with a choice of continental AND a full Scottish breakfast - Haggis and Black Pud included!!

Left our trophy behind and it was promptly posted to us.

Thanks for great stay and hope to stay there next year - maybe even get to see some shows this time.....

'We'd stay in the Cameron Bed & Breakfast for a weekend in august. It's located 30min from the airport and 10min from the city centre by bus. There is a connection to the centre and the airport with many buses. When we arrived the B&B the owners were very welcome. A short talk and some information about the houserules before we get to one of the rooms. Our room with a double bed en a sofabed, very clean bathroom with shower and toilet, tv and a kettle to make tea and coffee ourself. The next morning with a homemade, very delicious scotish breakfast. Also a continental breakfast to choose. The owners were realy intreseted in our experience. We'd visit the Military Tattoo of Edinburgh during our stay. When we left the B&B we were offered to leave our lugugage until we leave the city.
Overall I would say this B&B is very convenient when you visit Edinburgh for a weekend or a short citytrip. And last but not least I would thank the owners for there hospitality. I would highly recomment this B&B to all who wants to visit the city of Edinburgh.
